Meet our team of amazing health professionals!
After dealing with chronic pain and injuries sustained from car accidents, Sharon sought many different therapies and was impressed with the results and relief she got from massage therapy. She connected with the compassionate and empathetic approach that massage therapy provided as well as the dramatic physical changes she encountered, greatly improving her quality of life.
Sharon is passionate about helping others and believes in a holistic approach to healing. She graduated from the Okanagan Valley School of Massage Therapy in 2018 and is experienced in applying a variety of modalities including Swedish and deep tissue massage, trigger point release, and myofascial techniques.
Sharon has made it a goal to empower clients by not only facilitating their recovery, but also by helping them to understand what is going on, what massage can do to help, and what they can do for themselves.
Denise grew up practising various forms of dance which provided the foundation for her belief in strength and flexibility being integral to wellness.
She graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in December of 2020, and passed the provincial board examinations the following Spring. For the next year she practised massage therapy out of a beautiful spa in Vernon. In August 2022 Denise moved back to Kelowna and is excited to build her practice in a clinical environment at Rebalance Wellness.
She has a passion for motivating patients to be their own wellness advocate no matter how young or old. As a patient you can expect a thorough assessment before massage and homecare designed to fit your lifestyle post massage.
